The Lloyd\u2019s require that all Managing Agents<\/i> maintain a consistent approach with all their Coverholder\u2019s. In order to support and encourage the policy of the audits, the Lloyds work with the Managing Agent<\/i> to prepare a document that contains a set of requirements, this document is called “Audit Scope”<\/i>. The audit is performed in the Coverholder\u2019s office by a qualified person (auditor), to evaluate the assessment of compliance with the terms and conditions of the Binding Authority, as well as the adequacy of business systems, governance and risk controls.<\/span><\/p>\n
